I was just told that I could not play in the Italian Football League because I am American. Besides getting over the fact that a Thespian should be disqualified from a sport just for the fact that he bleeds red, white, and blue seems a little extreme. They could of asked me about past football experience and would have found out that I was no threat to the league: 2nd place in intermural flag football where half of the touchdowns I scored I was wearing a superhero costume; does playing Biff in death of a salesman count?

But what really perplexed me is that there were 3 other countries that were put on the “black” list. I am willing to pay a euro to the one who can name all three. I will give you a hint: 2 are rather obvious, one is amazing.
